4-week walking programme in Marlay Park on Tuesday mornings for people looking to return to active walking.

About this event
Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown Sports Partnership are rollin out a new 4-week walking programme on Tuesday mornings at 10.30am for approximately 45 minutes starting on the 27th July. This programme will cater for all fitness levels, but in particular those looking to get back to activity and exercise. It will be a great excuse to get out, be active and make new friends.

Meeting beside Marlay Park House, Grange Road side entrance to the park, each week the group will walk a different route in the park taking in some of the beautiful views and trails it has to offer.

This will be a fun way to help participants looking to get a bit more active by improving posture, enhanced fitness levels, and fat burning. This walking programme is supported by Sport Ireland and Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council .

The UEFA Europa League Final 2024 between Atalanta and Bayer 04 Leverkusen will take place in the Dublin Arena on Wednesday 22nd May with an 8pm kick-off.
