At midnight on Friday 19th July, Shakalak will host their biggest show to date in the Button Factory. Featuring songs from their debut album and previously released singles, they will also be celebrating a new double-single release.

Original member of Shakalak DJ Speedloaf will bookend the main set with both ambient and palate cleansing techno.

Expect quality original music from one of Ireland's great word of mouth bands.

The upcoming concert of pianists Máire Carroll, Billy O’Brien and Didzis Kalniņš presents a rare opportunity for audiences in Ireland to experience a performance by three pianists on a single piano, featuring repertoire expressly designed for this unique arrangement, including Sergei Rachmaninoff's 'Two Pieces for Six Hands' (1890/91) and Carl Czerny's arrangement of Mozart's 'Overture to the Marriage of Figaro’. These exciting six-hand ensemble works will be interspersed with solo performances by these three good friends, celebrating the breadth and dynamism of the piano (the king of
