Meditation workshop; Self-Acceptance, Self-Esteem

This event has ended

Online, Saturday 21st November

We all want to feel consistently good about ourselves, yet all too often our confidence and sense of worth seems to rest on achievements, approval or appearance. Since we cannot avoid criticism, always be successful, or remain young forever, this can leave us vulnerable to low-self esteem.

In this workshop, Kadam Adam will introduce us to meditations that enable us to experience the extraordinary potential for happiness and emotional freedom that is the actual nature of our mind. Learn a radical form of self-acceptance that helps us let go of limiting beliefs and self-criticism. Discover how to cultivate authentic self-esteem, peace of mind and happiness – based on being true to ourselves – that does not depend upon external validation or conditions.
