In this half-day meditation course, Kadam Adam will introduce us to a highly practical approach to meditation, that will give us the confidence that we all have the potential to become an accomplished meditator. We will explore a proven step-by-step approach to meditation – drawn from the Buddhist meditation tradition – that makes the practice of meditation simple, easy and accessible to everyone.
In this way, we will come to experience the profound and positive benefits of a regular meditation practice, an ever increasing, deep and stable experience of inner calm, peace of mind and genuine happiness, from the inside-out.
Suitable for beginners and those with more experience, the morning includes talks and guided meditations, with time for Q&A.
