Having enjoyed working in management roles across the multinational corporate sector for over 18yrs, like so many others however, Frances found her performance blunted by work-related stress. Having always drawn heavily on her fascination with what makes us perform at our best and looking for ways to sharpen her resilience she sought out tools based on strong scientific foundations.
As a direct result of this, Frances set up her company ‘Your Coaching Space’ in 2019 to share what works from the latest science to technology based tools, to support everyone to be able to give it their best!
