Millpond Park, Balbriggan, Saturday 7th September

Happenings and Our Balbriggan are delighted to bring La La Land, a true modern classic, to the big screen.

Hailed as the film of its generation, capturing the hearts of everyone whilst winning six Oscars. Set in modern day Los Angeles, this original musical about everyday life explores the joy and pain of pursuing your dreams, culminating in a captivating love story brought to life by an instantly memorable score – the perfect film for a night of open-air cinema under the stars.

This is a strictly alcohol free event and the movie starts when it's dark enough. That's around 8.45pm …ish, so the movie will be over at 10.45pm …ish. Gates are open from 7.30pm with the film kicking off when the sun goes down. Yummy food will be on offer as always! If you attended the Goonies last month this event is free – just bring along your Goonies ticket on the night. Don't forget to bring your picnic blankets and cosy layers, cuddle in and enjoy. See you on the grass!
