Cult 80s new wave pop group Haircut 100 will play Vicar Street, Dublin this October in what will be their first ever Irish show. Hot on the heels of their Pelican West 40th anniversary shows in London and Oxford in May this year, which sold out in less than 20 minutes –– the band has delighted fans with the announcement that they’ll be taking to the road. Haircut 100% Live is a 15 date UK and Ireland tour throughout October and November, kicking off in Dublin.

The 13th edition of the Dublin International Piano Competition will take place in Dublin from 9 May to 16 May 2025 The Competition will be in four rounds. The First Round was held online during February 2025. The Quarter-Finals and Semi-Finals will be held in the Whyte Recital Hall, Royal Irish Academy of Music, Dublin, from 9 to 14 May 2025. The Final will consist of concerto performances with Ireland’s National Symphony Orchestra conducted by Jonas Alber and will be held in the National Concert Hall, Dublin on Friday 16 May 2025.
