This is an inclusive event open to everyone with an interest in celebrating Brigid and Imbolc.

No experience of yoga is required, but please bring your own yoga mat.

Gráinne Conroy is a writer and yoga teacher based in Portobello. Her work focuses on womanhood, Ireland and identity. She has a special interest in personal narrative, embodiment and the link between creativity, expression and healing.

Ola Majekodunmi was born in Lagos, Nigeria and raised in Dublin, Ireland. She is a broadcaster, Gaeilgeoir, creator, public speaker and writer. Ola found a passion for the Irish language at a young age and was educated in Irish language schools. She’s a regular media contributor on politics, current affairs, and race. Ola was a co-founder of Beyond Representation and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Foras na Gaeilge and Dublin Film Festival. She’s also a member of Galway Film Centre’s National Talent Academy Steering Committee.
