The international real estate company is about to lodge its planning application for redevelopment of one of the most high-profile sites in the capital city, and is ready to share the details with Dublin Chamber members.
The six-acre Dublin Central development project embracing the Carlton site, Upper O Connell Street, Parnell Street and Moore Street promises to bring an additional six million of footfall a year to this area of Dublin city centre. Ed Dobbs, Development Manager for the project for European property group Hammerson, will give Chamber members the very latest update on the plans, tell us about the role of the Metro in the scheme, and plans to minimise disruption to the city during the building and development process. His presentation will be followed by an opportunity for Q&A.

Ed is a Project Director. He studies at Trinity College in Dublin and Cass Business School in London before starting a career in commercial property including roles in London, Toronto and Amsterdam. Ed returned to Ireland in 2016; being one of the early joiners to the Hammerson team in Ireland.
