AIMS Ireland Wellness event! Uniting, supporting and replensishing the strong women. Let’s get together on this Brigid’s Saturday to share our feelings, energy, and to recharge for the spring season!

This day of replenishment relaxation and community will consist of :

1. Women’s circle (hosted by Krysia Lynch) Creating the circle of women and introducing the energy of Brigid. Introductions, sharing, expectations and renewal – including the magic of the reeds.
2. The Wise Woman's Womb: Circle of Cleanse & Harmony (guided by Wendy Wheeler):Grounding the women into the Earth’s ancestral roots. While holding the sacred space to cleanse the Womb with blessings and song from the wild woods of the Divine Scots Pine.Guided with affirmations as we meet the wild women through dance. Moving into slow sensational movements as we greet the inner Goddess and honour our bodies.
3. Welcoming the Imbolc energy: connecting within ourselves, the powerful women who lived before us & the nature (guided by Jane Xavier):Let’s celebrate the halfway point between the winter solstice (Yule) and the springequinox (Ostara) connecting with Mother Earth.This Yoga Nidra session will focus on replenishing our energy. It will also bring a balance between the body and mind. The Tibetan sound bath and the sounds of nature will help to enhance the experience.
