The Ramparts

This event has ended

O'Reilly Theatre, Wednesday 28th August - Friday 30th August

The Ramparts are coming to the O'Reilly Theatre, Great Denmark Street for two nights this August!

The Ramparts are that all male a cappella choir you’ve probably seen somewhere on YouTube, TV, or on the streets of Dublin! Packed full of personality, they are a versatile group of performers known for their diverse repertoire of trad Irish favourites, pop music classics and face-melting barbershop numbers.

These lads know how to keep an audience entertained with their big sound and even bigger personalities. Whether on stage, on the street, on the bus, or in the pub – The Ramparts always guarantee their audiences a unique and memorable show.

The Ramparts are perhaps best recognised from their viral successes – their performances of ‘The Rocky Road to Dublin' & ‘Fairytale of New York' in the Stag's Head pub have received over 6M views on YouTube, but they are also known as “those lads” who sang Raglan Road onboard the DART, My Lovely Horse onboard Grafton St, or Baby On Board from onboard… a Camden Street rooftop!

Most recently The Ramparts took part in Korean TV Show ‘My Name is Gabriel' (now streaming on Disney+) hosting an extra special St Patrick's Day performance under the direction of Korean superstar, Park Bo Gum.
