A fast paced modern version of Seamus Heaney’s ‘The Burial at Thebes’ based on the ancient Greek classic ‘Antigone’ by Sophocles.
A young woman buries her dead brother despite a state proclamation that his body must be left to rot in the street.
A powerful and tragic tale of personal morality versus state decree.
