Dashers, Dancers and Prancers, get ready to do the Aware Christmas 5k, your way
Aware is inviting you to come together virtually to help fund our vital free services supporting people impacted by depression and bipolar disorder.

From Friday 9th – Sunday 11th December 2022, you can show your support by walking, jogging or running your way, in the Aware Christmas 5K. You can join in wherever you are in the country; from Brittas Bay to Ballina, Dingle to Donegal, Kingscourt to Kilkenny.

Research highlights the benefit of movement for your body, as well as your mind. Take on the Aware Christmas 5K to benefit your own health, while supporting the health of others.

It is also a great excuse to get together with friends and family, whether in person or remotely. Pull out the Christmas jumper, add some festive accessories and enjoy the feel good factor of doing something uplifting.

All participants who sign up receive a custom medal for taking part, which also doubles as a Christmas tree decoration.
