Nocturnal Beats: Bringing Dublin to Life 

This September, Dublin City Council’s Night-Time Economy Advisor and Dublin Fringe Festival come together for Nocturnal Beats – a celebration of the artists, venues, promoters and audiences who bring Dublin to life after dark. Supported by the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport, Nocturnal Beats spotlights a vibrant trail of night-time events, performances and cultural experiences taking place across Dublin Fringe Festival 2026. 

From live music and club culture to cabaret, drag, dance floors and immersive performance, the programme celebrates the energy, creativity and diversity of Dublin at night – and recognises nightlife as an important part of the city’s cultural life.

Bright Nights, Big City: A conversation about the future of Dublin after dark

Bright Nights, Big City brings together people from nightlife, culture, hospitality, music, major events, public services and cities across Europe to discuss what makes a successful night-time city.

Taking place at the National Concert Hall on 22 September, the conference will explore the future of Dublin’s pubs and music venues, major events, international night-time city models, safety, inclusion and how Dublin can continue to evolve after 6 pm. Delivered in partnership with AIM Ireland and supported by Dublin City Council’s Night-Time Economy programme.
