Dublin City Council, in collaboration with The Temple Bar Company and DublinTown.ie proudly presents ‘Summer in Dublin’ a brand new series of vibrant city centre activations running across five weekends this July and August.

Starting Thursday 3rd July ‘Summer in Dublin’ will bring Parliament Street and the surrounding area to life with live entertainment, food and craft markets, immersive pop-ups, and a host of free, family-friendly activities – all set in a safe, traffic-free environment in the heart of the city.

Blossoms & Bee's takes place this Weekend Saturday 5th July and Sunday 6th July from 12pm to 4pm. Step into a world of nature, wonder, and buzzing excitement at Blossom & Bee’s Immersive Pop-Up!

This family-friendly event offers a hands-on, educational journey into the world of pollinators, designed to inspire and engage all ages.

Highlights Include:

  • Pollinator Education Hive: Get up close with a real-life observation beehive! Learn fascinating facts about bees and their vital role in our environment through interactive displays.
  • Bee Talks: Join our expert beekeeper for engaging informative talks scheduled throughout the day. Discover how bees live, work, and support the planet.
  • Bee Crafts Station: Let creativity take flight! Kids and adults alike can enjoy themed craft activities
  • Plant & Grow Station: Plant your own seed and take home a potted keepsake to grow DJ, face painters, balloon modeler, pirate craft station, games, photo opportunities and more.

The ever-popular Temple Bar Night Market extends its hours every Thursday (2.00pm–8.00pm), continuing on Fridays and Saturdays (12.00pm–6.00pm), offering a unique evening experience with handcrafted goods, artwork, and more from local creators.
