This HR Webinar is an initiative of the Tourism & Hospitality Careers Oversight Group which was established in late 2018 to support sustainable employment in the sector. Fáilte Ireland Chairs and co-ordinates the work of the Group which includes members from across the tourism industry.
Staff recruitment is a significant focus for businesses in preparation for the reopening of the tourism and hospitality sector. There is a lot that can be done in advance to meet recruitment challenges ahead.
The HR webinar is designed to help tourism and hospitality businesses by providing practical information on the recruitment process including sourcing opportunities and communicating with potential employees, on legal requirements for hiring and on COVID19 guidelines.
Attendance is recommended for all business owners, general managers and HR managers who are facing recruitment challenges as they plan and prepare for when they can reopen.
