Public Service Transformation Week returns from the 23rd – 27th October 2023, so mark it in your diary, save the date and spread the word!

Now in its fifth year, Public Service Innovation Week has been rebranded to “Public Service Transformation Week” to reflect the ongoing work on wider transformation initiatives across the public service.

The theme for 2023 is to explore and engage with the next framework for transformation – Better Public Services’.

Public Service Transformation week provides an opportunity to highlight the importance of innovation and transformation in our Public Service by showcasing initiatives at a national level, which provide better services for the Irish public.

It also provides an opportunity for public service bodies to raise awareness of their own respective innovation/transformation programmes of work by hosting innovation-related events.

The flagship Public Service Transformation Conference (23 October 2023) will launch Public Service Transformation Week, live from the Radisson Royal Convention Centre, Dublin 8 and will be in collaboration with Amazon Web Services. This years Conference will feature a number of panel discussions, keynote speakers, breakout sessions, networking opportunities to engage & explore ideas with exemplary public sector leaders and individuals.
