Pride in Presence

The Space Between, Saturday 13th June

This June, join a special LGBTQ+ community workshop focused on movement, connection, breath, and reset. This workshop is all about creating space to connect — with your body, your breath, and other like-minded people in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

The day will include:

  • Beginner-friendly yoga & movement:
A light-hearted, accessible and beginner-friendly session to stretch, move, and reconnect with the body. Expect a relaxed atmosphere, a few laughs, and a chance to step out of your head and into your body.
  • Restorative breathwork & soundbath:
A calming guided session designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reset your nervous system through breath, sound, and deep rest.
  • Tea & community connection:
Between sessions there’ll be time to chat, mingle, and connect with others. We really want this evening to feel more than just a class — but a genuine community experience where people can meet in a grounded and authentic way.

Whether you come with friends or arrive solo, you are warmly welcome. No experience needed — just comfortable clothes and an open mind.
