Organisations Returning to Work – what Business Owners, People Leaders and HR practitioners need to know and plan for it. As the economy continues to re-open on a phased basis, the questions being asked by Organisations continue to evolve – from the practical application of the Health & Safety Protocols to the resource requirements and internal structures and policies needed in the ‘new normal'.

Panel Discussion
Osborne have assembled a panel of experienced Senior HR and Employment Law Consultants from Adare Human Resource Management to discuss the journey that employers face in returning back to work in the new normal. The Panel will discuss the challenges, opportunities and the requirements that will be asked of Business Owners, People Leaders and HR Practitioners across the spectrum of:

  • Working Practices
  • Unintended Consequences

Topics such as Restructuring; Reorganisation; Amending Working Practices; Introducing new or amending existing HR Policies & Practices; Remote Working or a blended approach will feature in the discussions, as well as exploring the Unintended Consequences of these.
