Qigong, which is sometimes spelled Chi-Kung (and pronounced chee-gung), is the study and practice of cultivating vital life-force through various techniques, including: Breathing techniques, Postures, Meditations and Guided imagery.

Try some qigong with Mary Dowling to improve your health and wellbeing? Watch this video to learn a set of simple movements to improve your balance and breathing. These exercises are also good for relaxation. Suitable for all ages.
