NGI – Family Workshop

Join NGI for a free creative workshop for children of all ages and their grown ups! Led by an artist, families are encouraged to work together to create an artwork. All materials provided.

How to take part:
Pick up a free ticket in the Gallery
We are so happy to be able to welcome families back to the Gallery to make art together! At the moment, we are carefully managing the number of people in our family workshops.

While the workshops are free, your family will need book a place in person from 11am on the day of the workshop. Drop by the Atrium Creative Space from 11am to secure your place and then do some drawing while you wait!

Opera in the Open

Wood Quay Amphitheatre

Opera in the Open is an initiative of Dublin City Council that presents live performances of operatic work in the open air in Dublin City Centre. The annual opera season is taking place on 7, 14, 21 & 28 August in the Amphitheatre at the Dublin City Council Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8. The annual Dublin HandelFest celebrates and explores the rich cultural legacy left by Handel’s visit to the city in 1741-1742. Handel’s visit to Dublin will forever be associated with the first performance of Messiah at Fishamble Street in 1742.
