National Women's Enterprise Day – Dublin Region NWED 2019.

Fingal LEO will organise the biggest women's networking event in the country, with what they promise will be “a fast-moving, exciting and intensive morning that is simply unmissable for Dublin's women in business!” The theme of this year's Women's Enterprise Day is ‘Making It Happen' and the programme includes a variety of guest speakers, female entrepreneurs, lively panel discussion, small-business case studies, an exhibition of enterprise support agencies as well as plenty of opportunities to network with other female entrepreneurs and business owners.

TV and Radio Broadcaster Kathryn Thomas was announced as this year's NWED Master of Ceremonies, while a number of inspiring speakers from several business sectors were also unveiled including: Ann McGee, Managing Director of MIAS Pharma; Siobhán Murray, author and resilience coach; Caroline Keeling, CEO of Keelings; Jo Harpur, CEO of Jo Harpur Jewellery; Krissy Gibson, CEO of Take the Cake; Niamh Sherwin-Barry, Director of the Irish Fairy Door Company; Melanie Boylan, Director of STOMP Social Media Training; Emer Cleary, Founder of Emu Ink Publishing; Aimee Madden, CEO of Clinishift and Jessica Conlon, Founder of Twigs.

Registration is at 8.45 with the opportunity to network over breakfast. The event itself kicks off at 9.30am and will include a networking lunch at 1.00pm, concluding at 2.00pm. The organisers say NWED promises a packed and memorable morning. The event is funded by the LEOs in the Dublin Region and Enterprise Europe Network. Tickets are currently available at the subsidised rate of only €25. Places are limited, so early booking is strongly advised!
