Moscow City Ballet – Swan Lake. Part of the Tchaikovsky Trilogy.

Moscow City Ballet celebrates the classical Russian tradition in spectacular style. Swan Lake is a signature piece of their repertoire. The choreography, interpretation and stand-out virtuoso performances win consistently rave reviews. The epic story of Prince Siegfried and his doomed love for Odette, Queen of the Swans, is magnificently brought to life in all its original splendour by Tchaikovsky's hauntingly familiar score. Tchaikovsky is the undisputed Tsar of ballet; his sweeping scores have the power to transport audiences from delight to despair, especially when performed by a full orchestra. The new generation of principal dancers adds a a youthful exuberance to these renowned ballets.
