We're hitting the cobblestones again and we want you to join us!!!

At 7:45 pm on Wednesday, July 24th, St James’s Hospital Foundation will celebrate the 15th annual Liberties Fun Run in aid of St James’s Hospital.

This unique 4-mile timed road race takes participants through the heart of old Dublin and attracts in excess of 1500 participants every year.

Starting & finishing in the beautiful grounds of the Irish Royal Hospital Kilmainham, the route takes in some of the most famous sites throughout the Liberties including St James’s Gate, Francis Street, The Coombe and Fatima.

Online Registration starts at €35 or it is Free if you fundraise (minimum fundraising target of €200 applies) and all participants will receive a running top.

All of the proceeds from the 2024 Liberties Fun Run will be used to improve patient care at St James’s Hospital.

Culture Date with Dublin 8 is a neighbourhood initiative, which aims to celebrate Dublin 8’s rich cultural, historical and architectural heritage while encouraging people who are living, working and visiting the area to explore what is on their doorstep. This collaborative project and programme of events aims to connect with and amplify the wider efforts being made to regenerate the area, highlighting all the great things there are to see and do in Dublin 8 to locals and visitors alike. This years event takes place from Wednesday 7th to Sunday 11th May.
