We’re delighted to invite participants back for the 2025 Liberties Fun Run—taking place at 7:45pm on Wednesday, 23rd July. Now in its 17th year, this much-loved road race is organised by St James’s Hospital Foundation and brings over 1,500 runners through the heart of Dublin 8, all in support of patient care at St James’s Hospital.

Starting and finishing in the beautiful grounds of the Royal Hospital Kilmainham, the 4-mile route takes in historic streets and iconic landmarks including St James’s Gate, Francis Street, The Coombe, and Fatima. This is a race filled with history, energy, and a strong sense of community spirit.

Registration Includes:
Chip timing, technical running t-shirt, goodie bag, and the 2025 medal — all available for collection on the day of the event.
