Eva will discuss her 6 step RAMPUP Sales plan,concentrating on Client Messaging and Creating an Action plan with Achievable goals. wiEva will cover some areas of her 6 step RAMP-UP plan These areas are about:

• Creating Customer messaging: one that makes sense to your ideal client
• Creating Action Plans & Goals: using this messaging both online and offline and deciding on what you want to achieve

Eva will aim to have an interesting and informative session that will allow everyone to leave with some take-home messages that you can put into action.

Speaker Profile

Eva Acton of ActOnSales has 25 years of sales and marketing experience ranging from large corporate sales in the medical Devices industry to running a retail flower business.

Eva worked in the Medical Diagnostic industry for 15 years in both the UK and Ireland. She worked with companies who have since become Abbott Diagnostics and Siemens. She was central to the introduction of Siemens Immunology systems to the Irish hospital pathology market working with a local distributor, Cruinn Diagnostics. Eva also worked with United Drug. In 2006 Eva decided to explore her creative side and completed a Diploma in Dutch Floral Design in Holland. She set up Dundrum Blooms in Sept 2008 at the start of the economic downturn.It was a difficult time and she had to use all her sales acumen and personal reserves to build up a loyal client base. Within 2 years Dundrum Blooms was recruiting personnel and growing at a rate of 15% per year. A large proportion of the business growth was into the corporate market which Eva has experience of nurturing. Dundrum Blooms was sold in Sept 2019 and is still a very successful and growing business.

Eva has since completed a Diploma in Digital Marketing with UCD and a Training Delivery & Evaluation course to increase her skill levels. She is now working with small businesses to grow sales and build relationships.
