LEO Dublin City Women in Business Network: A tour of the best free and low-cost resources available for businesses

This event has ended

Online, Wednesday 9th June

Speaker: Aoife Wilson

Today, we have more free and low-cost resources, tools, platforms, and software packages available to us than ever before -lucky us!! These resources can help us to save time, present more professionally, take control of our records and become more organised, advertise our business, find new clients, stay on top of sales leads, gather customer feedback, create and share content, manage our finances, and more. Sometimes however the time taken to navigate between what’s useful and what’s not, investigate if there are hidden costs, and figure out how to use the thing, can mean we end up missing opportunities.

In this presentation, Aoife will bring clarity to some of the best resources out there for entrepreneurs and small business owners. You will have an opportunity to see each platform in action, we’ll talk through pros and cons, ease of set-up, tips and tricks, and what’s free and what you’ll need to pay a premium for. Throughout the presentation, participants will be encouraged to share the resources they have found most helpful too.

At the end of this talk, Aoife's goal is that each participant will take away at least three new tools to make the business of running their business simpler and more enjoyable.
