Ireland will take on the South Africa, Fiji and Argentina in the Guinness Series at the Aviva Stadium in November.
Fiji will make their first appearance at the Aviva Stadium.
Ireland have won the three previous Test fixtures between the two sides, the last of which took place at the RDS in 2009 with Ireland claiming a 41-6 victory. An Ireland XV side beat Fiji at Thomond Park in 2012.
