Howth Trad Fest

Howth TradFest 2019 – Traditional Music and Ballad festival that takes place in the beautiful seaside fishing village of Howth.

Headlining this year's festival is John Sheahan, the last remaining member of legendary group The Dubliners. Howth has long been connected with The Dubliners through local legend Barney McKenna so it seems fitting that the other half of this great banjo-fiddle partnership continues to fly the flag for Traditional Irish music in Howth. Now in his 80^th year John still enthrals audiences with his music, poetry and stories.

No strangers to Howth and one of Ireland's most innovative and exciting bands, Kíla, are the other headline act for the festival.
