Hacking HR Dublin Chapter – Virtual discussion.

Hacking HR Dublin is back this year with a virtual discussion on topics important for us all before, during and after the global pandemic. We heard you and have invited international experts – practitioners and psychologists, to share with us their insights, ideas and recommendations on how we can all cultivate the right culture in a remote setup, as well as develop Resilience as Human Resources partners to the business.

Moderator
Radina Nedyalkova – Radina is a Remote talent advisor, virtual lecturer and founder of Vox Advisory. As an ex-corporate recruiter, she provides LinkedIn coaching and soft skills training for both individuals and startups.

Panellists
Julika Novkova, PhD – Julika is a Business Psychologist, Executive Trainer and Organisational Consultant who provides business leaders with skills, knowledge, tools, and techniques of modern business management.

Matthew Holman – Matthew is a Mental Health & Travel Wellbeing Consultant, TEDx Speaker and Co-Founder – Business Travel Wellbeing Community based in the UK. His background includes executive leadership, coaching and innovation.

Ailish Reid – Ailish is a commercially focused Organisational Development Consultant with over 15 years experience in both Senior Leadership and Learning & Development roles. She has worked across a range of sectors including Technology, Banking and Professional services.

Yulia Bondar – Yulia is an International TA specialist with 9 years of experience hiring globally and is currently based in Amsterdam. Nowadays she consults start-ups and scale-ups with sustainable talent growth and scaling.
