Find Your Flow State

This event has ended

The Space Between, Sunday 4th February

Take some time for yourself, some time away from the busyness of life, to go inwards and find your internal flow. This workshop is made up of an immersive Vinyasa Flow practice, followed by Creative Clay Sculpting.

Through movement, breath and music we'll tap into our innate rhythmic flow. Allowing us to then move into our own creative, external flow state as we work with our hands, molding and sculpting clay into our own unique piece of art.

Losing any sense of time, getting lost in the moment, in the act of creation.

Keshet from Expressive Arts Ireland will lead the clay making class. Keshet is an Expressive Art Therapist, has worked with many community and performance projects and runs a Masters course in Expressive Art. Gill will lead the Vinyasa Flow class, you can expect a fully immersive practice that will get you out of your head and into your body.
