The Space Between, Monday 5th February

A Pranayama, Yin, and Tratika meditation Experience to take pause , and welcome the fresh energy of Spring. Recalibrate the Self, rejuvenate the Soul, and elevate the Spirit with a grounding Yin practice. A quiet space for us to go within, open the body and calm the nervous system. Gaze into a single candle flame and allow it to take away any negativity, worry or doubt you might be holding in your body and mind.

This ancient meditation brings about great vision, mental clarity, enhanced intuition and powerful determination. Practiced at this time of year to bring new ideas into the burgeoning light, to grow what we have been reflecting on over the winter months.

With so much of Ireland’s culture tied up in language and the past, dance has a unique power to explore and express what it is to be human, right now.
