We look forward to welcoming new learners (Ninjas) as well as returning Ninjas to our second March Dojo of 2018! This is the perfect opportunity for young people aged between 7 and 17 to get involved in coding and digital making in a fun, relaxed and friendly environment! Beginner Attendees will be working on Scratch or Web Development, while Returning Attendees will be learning more advanced content so come with your thinking hats and be ready to solve some advanced problems!
Sessions will be taking place every other Wednesday, from 6-7.30pm. Please note admittance will not be allowed before 5.50pm. Take a look below for a list of frequently asked questions:
What should I bring to the event? All Ninjas should bring a laptop. If they do not have a laptop we have a small number of loan laptops. Please add that you require one to the ‘additional notes' section when booking a ticket. Feel free to bring along a snack and a drink!
Are parents/guardians required to attend? Yes, children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The parent/guardian is required to remain on the premises for the duration of the session. Parents are asked to help their child get set up and ready for the session.
Should my child/I have prior coding knowledge? No, this Dojo is open to complete beginners as well as to young people who may have coded before.
We have a limited number of spaces so please book your space as soon as you can. We will look forward to seeing you at our Dojo!
