National Concert Hall, Saturday 25th April - Saturday 30th May

Christy Moore is set to return to the National Concert Hall for four highly anticipated performances between April 25th & May 30th 2026.

Fans can also look forward to an Expanded Edition of his Number 1 album A Terrible Beauty, which will be released later this year on Claddagh Records. The new edition will include five brand-new tracks, adding to the original 13-song collection.

Among the standout tracks is the single Boy in the Wild, co-written by Christy and the late Wally Page. The powerful video for the song recently earned top honours at the 2025 Shark Music Video Awards in London, winning both Best Music Video and Best Direction.

The album also includes ‘Black & Amber’, written by Brian Brannigan of A Lazarus Soul, who also wrote album track ‘Lemon Sevens’. Elsewhere on A Terrible Beauty, stories of resilience, memory, and social struggle weave together across its tracks, blending personal reflections with broader societal critiques. From the powerful meditation on conflict and defiance in ‘Sunflowers’, an ode to Ukraine, it moves through tributes to historic figures and tragic events, such as Ann Lovett and Lyra McKee. Songs like ‘The Big Marquee’ and ‘Cumann na Mná’ celebrate The Rebel County and the Ireland Women’s Football Team respectively in Christy’s signature tongue-in-cheek style, while tracks like ‘Palestine’ and ‘Snowflakes’ call out injustice and hate. Christy Moore’s music resonates powerfully with audiences worldwide, capturing universal experiences with a rare, evocative touch. A Terrible Beauty is a striking showcase of his unique ability to bring shared stories to life.
