Charity comedy night for Robbie Bonham

The Workman's Club, Wednesday 2nd April

The Irish comedy community is coming together for a special evening of stand-up comedy in honour of the late Robbie Bonham, a beloved comedian who left an indelible mark on Irish and international comedy.

Hosted by James Goldsbury, Irish Comedy Award winner, this star-studded event takes place on April 2nd, 2025, at 8 PM, at The Workman’s Club, 10 Wellington Quay, Dublin 2. And Tickets are available now from Eventbrite.

The night features a stellar lineup, including Emma Doran, Al Porter, John Colleary, Aideen McQueen, and more. Family, friends, and fans will celebrate Robbie’s legacy through laughter and shared memories. It’s also a fantastic opportunity to see some of the best comedians performing today.

Robbie Bonham was a true force in Irish comedy, performing at The Laughter Lounge, The Empire in Belfast, numerous festivals, and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. A winner of multiple comedy awards, including the 98FM competition, he was known for his razor-sharp wit, kindness, and unwavering support for fellow comedians.

Giving Back in Robbie’s Honour
In keeping with Robbie’s generous spirit, profits from the show will be donated to four Liberties-based charities close to his heart: Shannon’s Hopeline, The Simon Community, D8 Foodbank, Meath Street Youth Activity Company.
