Tramline, Sunday 29th March

Big Fish Little Fish Family Rave with Slipmatt @ Tramline.

Postponed: In light of the Taoiseach's advice that indoor mass gatherings of more than 100 people should not go ahead, the March 29th event at Tramline has been postponed. BFLF will be in contact with all ticket-holders once they have confirmed a new date with the venue and with Slipmatt. All ticket-holders will be offered a transfer to this new date or a full refund if this date is not convenient.

World famous, award winning, Glastonbury Festival performing, family rave sensation BFLF throws the ultimate family event in Dublin at the perfect basement rave cave venue. Run by local Dublin family Big Fish Little Fish Ireland is bringing the definitive rave DJing legend Slipmatt (SL2) to play! Celebrating over 30 years in the music business – he was right there at the start of the breakbeat and rave scene. We are ecstatic to bring you one of the Godfather's of breakbeat and rave. He was one half of SL2, who had a 1992 UK hit with On a Ragga Tip, Way In My Brain & DJs Take Control.

Bringing together life-affirming dance music, craft and play activities, the award-winning BFLF crew invite you to dress up, paint your face and go wild with your kids on the dancefloor to banging tunes. Raise a glass at the fully licensed bar and experience the full panoply of dancefloor effects: balloons, club lighting, confetti cannons and a huge parachute dance to round things off in this great rave cave with full club visual lighting effects. A chance to dance, laugh, craft and be daft with all your family in your seasonal finery.

The BFLF crew are seasoned clubbers and parents – families creating great events for families, inspired by their love of clubbing. Great family fun for the post-rave generation of parents. Helping parents be responsibly irresponsible since 2013. So if you were a Temple head or a Redbox head, a Club FM head or a Pulse FM head, or if you just never managed to get out of that asylum… This gig is made for you… After all Love is Energy!!! Optional (but very much encouraged), fancy dress : Neon & Glitter Theme. With a toddler on your shoulders and pint in your hand – see you on the dancefloor!!!
