Although best known for his acoustic version of “Wuthering Heights” on Irish Radio in 2006, Albert has worked with the cream of Irish musical talent. In 2003, he released his debut album–Dirty Day–, and has since gone on to record nine solo albums and build a loyal fanbase throughout Europe. Having collaborated with Freddie White , and written songs for Christy Moore, Niland was also invited to perform at both the reunions of Planxty, and Moving Hearts in 2007.

In a special live show Johnny will celebrate the 45th Anniversary of ‘What’s Another Year’ at Vicar Street, Dublin on 29th August 2025. Tickets are available from this Friday, 22nd November at 10am. Throughout his career, which spans four decades, Johnny Logan has issued at least 40 singles and 19 albums. In the Eurovision Song Contest of 1980, Johnny Logan proudly represented Ireland with the song "What's Another Year," surpassing the runner-up, Germany, by a margin of 15 points. This captivating tune not only claimed the top spot on charts across Europe but also achieved not
