Peri/Menopause Chatter

This event has ended

Amulet Gallery, Saturday 31st January

Come exactly as you are—hot flashes, brain frogs, snack cravings and all. Whether you’re just curious about what lies ahead, deep in the thick of it, or have sailed through and left the sweats and swings behind, you’re welcome in this room.

Join us for honest conversation with real people: belly laughs, a bit of a winge when needed, and the kind of hard-earned wisdom that only comes from surviving night sweats, shifting moods and everything in between. Share your own stories, or simply sit back with some lovely treats and soak up the legendary insights of your peri/menopausal sisters.

No judgement. No pressure. Just solidarity, humour, maybe a fan… and a warm, nourishing hug to close it all out.
Because sharing really is caring.

We believe that everyone should be able to experience and participate in arts and creativity.
