At Dublin’s sustainable food hub and urban farm, where better to host the Urban Harvest Festival than Airfield! This event aims to deepen understanding and appreciation of farming and to diminish the urban/rural divide of communities. Amidst the bustling city, attendees will be immersed in a tapestry of agricultural traditions such as sheep-shearing, sheep-dog trials and cattle displays. Traditional craftsmanship will be showcased with wood turning and wool spinning. While butter-making and butchery demonstrations will reveal the age-old skills behind farm-to-table cuisine. Amidst it all, visitors can indulge in a diverse array of artisan foods, tantalizing the taste buds and nourishing the soul. Who should attend? Anyone interested in a fun day out, food lovers, farming families and friends
