Join world renowned soprano Celine Byrne for a classical evening of popular songs from the world of opera, German Lieder, Neapolitan, and Irish songs. Celine will be accompanied by Dearbhla Brosnan on piano, Nicole Hudson on violin and Ailbhe McDonagh -on cello with a programme from Mozart to Madama Butterfly and Brahms to Balfe, including songs such as I dreamt I dwelt in marble hallsThe Last Rose of Summer, Un Bel Di Vedremo and Toselli’s Serenata…to name but a few. 

Celine Byrne is a lyric soprano who made her operatic début as Mimi in La Bohéme in 2010 and in the seasons that followed she has performed extensively throughout Europe, as well as in the United States, China, Russia and Mexico.

A performer of fine lyrical quality and a touching actor, Celine Byrne’s compelling and thrilling performances have won her the universal acclaim of audiences and critics across the opera world. She has sung with José Carreras, Placido Domingo, Roberto Alagna, Joseph Calleja and Andrea Bocelli.
