Dare to Dream: Lindsay Brady, Founder, The Big Life Project
When was the last time you lifted your head from doing and zoomed out? This interactive workshop will give you the space and structure to pause and zoom out, to take a look at your life and your business from a new perspective, with curiosity over judgement.

  1. Learn about the power of curiosity and the impact of embracing ‘could' over ‘should'
  2. Get to work – Start to explore your own new perspectives, using pen, paper and some powerful prompts
  3. Discover tips and tricks to listening to your inner wisdom (and keeping those critical voices at bay)

The biggest moments of change rarely from small incremental adjustments but from taking big bets and trusting your instincts. You will leave this Dare to Dream workshop with new sparks of inspiration and insight.

The Power in You: Building Wellbeing That Supports Your Ambitions
Ambition, growth, and success require more than motivation – they require wellbeing. This session explores how women in business can build the inner resources needed to lead, grow and thrive without burnout.

  1. Wellbeing as a performance enabler, not a “nice to have”
How mental and emotional health directly influence confidence, leadership presence and effectiveness.
  2. Awareness before action
Reflective prompts to help participants recognise patterns, pressures and expectations that may be undermining their wellbeing.
  3. Sustainable success strategies
Simple, evidence-based wellbeing practices that protect energy, strengthen resilience and support long-term success.

Participants leave with greater self-awareness, renewed energy, and practical tools to support their wellbeing while pursuing their goals.
