Step into the enchanting world of magic, wonder and unforgettable music from the legendary Harry Potter film series based on the beloved novels by J.K. Rowling. Mystery Ensemble invites you on a breathtaking musical journey through Hogwarts, filled with nostalgia and the spellbinding atmosphere of one of cinema’s most iconic fantasy universes.
The evening programme features the most celebrated musical themes from across the entire Harry Potter saga — from the magical first notes of “Hedwig’s Theme” to the emotional finales of the last films.
John Williams created the instantly recognisable musical identity of Harry Potter in the first three films, introducing legendary themes such as “Hedwig’s Theme”, “Harry’s Wondrous World” and “Double Trouble”. His music captured the mystery, warmth and childlike wonder of discovering Hogwarts for the very first time.
Patrick Doyle continued the journey in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, bringing a darker, more dramatic symphonic sound to the Triwizard Tournament, the winter ball scenes, and Hogwarts traditions. Nicholas Hooper later expanded the series' emotional depth in Order of the Phoenix and Half-Blood Prince, composing lyrical, intimate themes full of tension, friendship, and melancholy.
In the final chapters of the saga, Alexandre Desplat created a powerful and cinematic score for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, adding emotional intensity and grandeur to the story’s dramatic conclusion.
Performed live by the extraordinary Mystery Ensemble, this concert brings together the most magical musical moments from all eight Harry Potter films in one unforgettable evening!
