Technology Ireland Innovation Forum

Ibec, Wednesday 7th March

As businesses pour resources into AI, Blockchain, IoT and other emerging technologies, many business leaders struggle to keep up. They focus on the technology as creating new sustainable competitive advantage, yet all businesses have access to most of the same resources.

The key difference between the digital innovators and those that are simply ‘doing digital' can be found in the traits of the leadership. Some of the best business leaders of global technology firms are not technical. They rise above the technology and use data driven decision making to help with strategic planning. Those strategic plans guide their technology developments, their innovation ideation and create thriving businesses.

This seminar is for senior leaders responsible for creating new competitive advantage. This session will help stimulate their thinking on strategic planning and further develop their mindset around that of a digital innovator. A follow-up workshop will take place in May to assist business leaders to build a smart, innovative organisation that can compete in the digital economy.
