This class will introduce participants to the fundamentals of the Chinese practice of Tai Chi. Tai Chi can promote health, wellbeing and relieve stress and is suitable for adult participants of all ages.

Due to public health guidelines, numbers at this event are strictly limited. It is suitable for adults of all ages. Please don't bring children to the class.

Booking is essential and limited to a maximum of 4 per group. Please book places for your whole group.
