Tony Cantwell – You Cry Weird

Draíocht

If you didn’t laugh, he’d cry. Tony Cantwell has cried for some wild reasons over the years. A TV show about dogs. A drunken run on a treadmill. Getting caught in the nip at school. They’re also all part of the chaos that unfolds in You Cry Weird, his brand new Fringe Award nominated show from Hot Press’s “2nd best comedian in Ireland.” It’s got wildly personal stories, surreal perspectives and more tangents than a bronzed men’s beach. The show also has puns. Star of Last One Laughing (Amazon), Good Boy (RTÉ) and co-host of the Young Hot Guys podcast.

Civic Theatre

Tallaght’s own Al Porter continues his impressive comeback with his new show ALGORITHM! According to reviews, he’s on flying form and better than ever as he dives into family drama and the world according to Al with machine gun delivery, rapid fire laughs and uplifting, fun comedy! It’s a side splitting show from one of Ireland’s very few Perrier Award nominated comics, joining the ranks of Tommy Tiernan and Dylan Moran. And he’s one of our own!
