Abbey Presbyterian Church, Saturday 31st January
Join Síle Seoige for a live Ready to Be Real podcast at Brigit: Dublin City Celebrating Women, presented in partnership with Acast.
Rooted in the spirit of Brigit – goddess of spring, renewal and creativity – this intimate afternoon gathering offers space for reflection, openness and connection.
In conversation with special guest – poet, activist, and healer Laura Murphy, Síle will guide a heart-led conversation shaped by this season of awakening and possibility.
Together, you’ll explore themes of change, inner fire, feminine wisdom and what it means to honour ourselves and one another at this turning point of the year, closing with a grounding practice to gently settle and integrate the experience.
Laura Murphy is poet, activist, and healer working in the ancient Irish tradition of Imbas Forosnai – a state of visionary inspiration associated with Brigid, through which poets draw wisdom into the body, and speak truth to power.
She featured in RTÉ's documentary Finding Brigid and campaigned successfully to make Brigid’s Day a national holiday.
