National Workplace Wellbeing Day

Varies, Wednesday 29th April

On Wednesday 29 April companies across the country will celebrate their commitment to workplace wellbeing. As a registered participant of National Workplace Wellbeing Day, you will be amongst the large number of companies publicly highlighting their wellbeing supports and strategies that put the ‘whole person’ at their core.

This year is the 12th annual National Workplace Wellbeing Day, offering the perfect platform to spotlight your year-round wellbeing strategy and the resources that support your team every day. While that strategy is the foundation, the energy of the day comes from celebrating your people. Marking the occasion with interactive events and shared experiences brings your culture to life and builds genuine morale.

Theme for 2026: Belonging

This year, we are focusing on Belonging as the heart of workplace wellbeing. In a diverse and intergenerational world of work, true wellbeing happens when everyone feels seen and valued. We’re challenging employers to use this day to create the space for their people to connect through activities that celebrate community and culture. By fostering these connections, you help both your teams and your organisation thrive.
