Dlr Heritage Events are delighted to host three evenings of Local Traditional Irish Music and Song from award winning Local traditional musicians in the wonderful setting of Marlay House.

Join us for the fifth Heritage Lecture Series on the 6th, 7th 8th March in Marlay House, Rathfarnham Dublin 16.

Over three evenings we have a host of lecturers who will all speak on their chosen subjects.

Night 1
Dr Audrey Whitty Keeper, National Museum of Ireland will speak on The collection that forms part of the National Museum Collection- Collins Barracks, and Brian Crowley Curator of the Pearse Musuem next to Marlay House – Padraig Pearse in 10 objects .

Night 2
Dr Jennifer Goff from the National Museum Collin Barracks – The Eileen Gray Experience , Followed by Dr Margarita Cappock, – Hugh Lane Gallery, on The collection of the Hugh Lane Gallery

Night 3
The last night will feature Director of Chester Beatty Library Fionnuala Croke – Chester Beatty’s Gift to the Nation: Celebrating 50 years followed by Sean Rainbird-Director of National Gallery of Ireland – Emil Nolde in the context of the refurbished buildings at the NGI
