Irish Annie’s is a new musical comedy with a live band, set in an Irish bar of the same name, written by musician and performer Asa Murphy. Asa has teamed up with theatre producer Bill Elms to tour the UK and Ireland with a brand-new version of the show following its sell-out tour in Spring 2023. The show is ideal to be programmed around March St Patricks Day celebrations. Starring Ricky Tomlinson, Catherine Rice and Asa Murphy. The show also has a series of special guests coming through the pub door playing themselves. In 2023 Jason Manford, Mick Miller, Sean Styles and Billy Butler have all been additional guest stars.

ABOUT THE SHOW
Irish Annie’s is a celebration of Irish culture, from the music to the comedy. Featuring a live 5-piece band Shenanigans. Meet landlady Annie and her regular madcap customers for a fun night out of comedy and music, featuring original tracks written for the show by Asa Murphy, along with your all-time favourite Irish tunes including Galway Shawl, Tell Me Ma, Dirty Old Town, Danny Boy and many more. The show has audiences laughing, singing and dancing the night away. Singalong song sheets are handed out to all attending. Produced by Bill Elms Productions and Asa Murphy. A dark comedy about an Irish male nanny who works for rich single mums in West London. In it, Manny is enjoying a Peter Pan-esque lifestyle of well-paid cash in hand work & settling for meaningless dates with women who harmonise happy birthday with their eyes closed, just to disguise himself from the fact that he’s letting life go by without following any real purpose, or allowing himself to really feel anything substantial or lasting.
