After a record-breaking show in 2024 that brought over 4,000 industry professionals together, our commitment is to build on that success and deliver an even bigger and better event for 2026.

Our goal is simple: to run a high-energy, professional expo that connects you directly with the people who matter. We are laser-focused on attracting a high-quality audience of decision-makers i.e. hotel owners, restaurateurs, head chefs, and group buyers who come to the RDS to actively source new products and suppliers.
