A Magical Christmas Adventure…

When clever Gretel and her caring brother Hansel are left deep in the forest by their not-so-nice new stepmother, things start to get a little spooky . . . and a little sweet. Lost and alone, they come across the most gorgeous gingerbread house, decorated with the tastiest of treats. But, they’ll need their wits – and a sprinkle of bravery – to outsmart a wicked old witch looking for a sweet tooth and her sidekick Squawker, the cowardly crow.

Luckily, they meet the cheeky and lovable Fizzle Mc Fluffy, a magical forest critter with a few tricks up its sleeve. Together, they’ll navigate enchanted woods, dodge danger, and find their way back to their loving Father. They discover just how strong, smart, and unstoppable they really are – especially when they stick together.

Featuring a wonderfully talented ensemble cast, and beautifully crafted puppetry, this adventure will transport you with familiar songs, laugh-out-loud moments, plenty of surprises, audience interaction, and a big helping of Christmas cheer. Magical, mysterious and mischievous – the dlr Mill Theatre’s fun-filled festive show is perfect for young audiences and the young at heart.

Smock Alley Theatre

Critically-acclaimed VOLTA THEATRE COMPANY returns to Smock Alley with a new production of Shakespeare’s gripping tale of murder, totalitarianism and how a person loses their soul. In a politically unstable world, where witchcraft and satanic cults chip away at the status quo, a man temperamentally unsuited to kingship seizes the crown by violent means. Corrupted by absolute power, he becomes vengeful, paranoid and completely unhinged in his bid to establish a dynasty bloodline. Shakespeare’s timeless story about the horrors that lie in wait beyond societal breakdown has non-stop act

That’s Soo Povo

Axis Ballymun

When Chantelle and Craoí, two working class Dublin drama students, lock horns over The Plough and the Stars, their combined rage brings forth Queen Povo, a drag-drenched larger-than-life entity who forces the girlos and the audience to examine what they’re thinking about when they think of class. From D'Girlos Theatre, this riotous, razor-sharp debut crashes through class, art, and authenticity with wit, grit, and glitter. A juicy-tracksuit clad call to arms for anyone who’s ever felt too loud, too real, or just too povo.
